Inshore fishing in Golfito is excellent year-round, but the peak season for roosterfish and snapper runs from November through April. The Golfo Dulce's sheltered waters mean calm conditions most days.
Do I need a fishing license? +
No — your fishing license is included in the price of your charter. We handle all permits and paperwork so you can focus on the fish.
How many people can fish on the boat? +
The Magic I comfortably accommodates 2–6 guests depending on the package. All trips are private — you'll never share the boat with strangers.
What should I bring? +
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, comfortable clothes, and a camera. We provide everything else — rods, reels, tackle, bait, snacks, and drinks. Non-slip shoes are recommended.
Can beginners do the inshore trip? +
Absolutely. Our captains are patient teachers and love introducing new anglers to the sport. The inshore trip is ideal for beginners, families, and experienced anglers alike.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We understand plans change. Full refund for cancellations 72+ hours in advance. 50% refund for 24–72 hours. Trips are rescheduled (not refunded) for weather cancellations at captain's discretion.
